Archana has the overall responsibility of People’s Practices at Systalex, she comes with over 20 years proficiency in Strategic HR, Organization Behaviour & Development, HR Business Partnership and Talent Acquisition largely in the IT domain working with industry giants like PCS Technology (Part of Patni Group) and CyberTech Systems and Software Inc., (ESRI Platinum partner). Archana holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and successfully completed the Executive Development Program in HR Analytics from XLRI Jamshedpur. She is also a corporate behavioural trainer delivering programs that inculcate behaviours critical for success using modalities like Neuro Linguist Programming (NLP), Rational Emotional Behavioural Therapy (REBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Gestalt. Archana has been for community organizer and national lead trainer for train the trainer program for state level health officials on Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC), an UNICEF initiative. She has conducted several workshops on gender sensitivity and Prevention of Sexual Harassment in workplace.
