(December 12, 2005, Rockville, MD) –Systalex Corporation, a leading information and IT solutions provider ranked in the Top 25 Small Technology Businesses by the Washington Business Journal, announced that Mr. Phill Magaro has joined Systalex’s executive management team and will serve as Vice President of Consulting Services.
Mr. Magaro possesses more than 20 years of experience in IT services, software, and professional services sectors and has held key functional roles in sales, operations, and consulting. In his new capacity with Systalex, Mr. Magaro will develop and implement growth initiatives within Systalex’s emerging Solutions Consulting Group.

Mr. Magaro has an extensive background with Oracle and the U.S. Department of Defense. Subsequent to his military service as a United States Naval Flight Officer, Mr. Magaro worked for several leading-edge technology software and consulting companies. He served as Vice President of Oracle Corporation’s Consulting Services Group, where he built and managed several national and regional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) practices. Mr. Magaro received an undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from The George Washington University.
