Mr. Liao founded Systalex Corporation in 1993 to continue his passion for developing and providing the finest technology solutions that serve the needs of business. A strong commitment to providing optimal solutions to complex problems and to delivering quality services that enhance business value has been the driving force behind the success of the company. Mr. Liao is well-recognized as an expert in the field of enterprise architecture, system integration, information technology and federal financial management solutions and is a frequent consultant to government agencies and industry officials. Still very much involved in the day-to-day technical operations of the company, Mr. Liao has led Systalex through its early growth to its current position as a trusted partner for its government and commercial clients in the areas of federal financial management services and technology solutions.
Kevin Karton, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Karton brings more than 25 years of financial experience in the IT and aerospace sector to Systalex. Kevin last served as Director and CFO for Futron Corporation. Prior to that, he spent 12 years with Computer Technology Associates, Inc. (CTA) serving as Corporate Controller, Vice President of Business Operations and finally as Vice President and CFO of CTA Government Systems, Inc. Mr. Karton holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and an MBA.
